PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of break due to wear and fatigue as a result of a base spring making slide making contact with the inner wall of a mounting hole and to improve manufacturing properties and reliability. SOLUTION: An upper electric motor part 23 arranged in a closed container 22 and a lower compressor part 24 are rotatably and directly intercoupled and a vane 39 energized by a coil-form vane spring 38 mounted on a mounting hole 37 is brought into slide contact with the outer peripheral surface of a rotary piston 36 eccentrically rotated in a cylinder 33 inserted in a fit-in state in the eccentric part 35 of the crank shaft 25. The vane spring 38 is provided on the vane 39 side with an effective spring part and on the other side with a large part having diameter gradually increased from the effective spring part toward a terminal end and mounted by pressing the large part in a mounting hole 37.
