PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a sanitary article packaging body of thin shape suitable for carrying a small number of sanitary articles. SOLUTION: A two-piece continuous packaging body 10 is formed of a packaging body 10A and a packaging body 10B. On respective packaging bodies 10A and 20B, packaging sheets 2 are folded and sealed on sealing lines 6a, 6b, 6c, 7a, 7b and 7c to form storage areas 5a and 5b. On the storage areas 5a and 5b, flatly folded sanitary articles 1 are so stored as to shift in the flat face direction, overlap a part of them and form rows. The packaging body, therefore, is formed into the thin shape.
