PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for white board wherein a good writing, erasability, and durability can be provided and giddiness can be prevented and provide a method for efficiently preparing a laminate of stabilized quality. SOLUTION: The laminate for white board comprises a fluororesin film layer 1 prepared by molding an ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer containing inorganic fillers and a white backing material 2 superposed on one side of the layer 1, and an exposed surface of the layer 1 has irregularities due to the inorganic fillers and has a surface tension of 30-42 dyne/cm.
