PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the opening and closing operations of a binding rod possible by operating the one end side of a slider and, at the same time, contrive to simplify the engaging structure for keeping and releasing a bound state. SOLUTION: Binding rods 20 are rotatably provided on both the widthwise end sides of a base 17. In addition, a slider 18, which keeps and releases the bound state of binding rods 20, is provided between the base 17 and a rear cover 13. The slider 18 is equipped with both the widthwise side edge faces and notched parts, which are formed by partially notching the side edge faces. On the other hand, engaging projected parts are provided at the respective basic parts of the binding rods 20. The engaging projected parts are kept under bound states by being controlled their rotations being abutted against the side edge faces. When the engaging projected parts is located in the notched parts by moving the slider 18, the rotations of the engaging projected parts towards the directions for releasing the bound states becomes possible.
