SOLUTION: A clock frequency modulation circuit 126 for a system and a clock frequency modulation circuit 128 for images which output clock signals obtained by modulating a clock oscillation frequency by a predetermined cycle are used as a clock oscillator at a controller 100. A peak value of electromagnetic radiation noises of an entire printer can be lowered accordingly.
