PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably mold molding members being adjoined each other so as to make a load balance good wherein a bar stock mounted sideways on a bottom die is die forged with an upper die and, by arranging the molding members in a manner that an axial line of hollow parts is aligned (matched) and extended parts thereof are positioned at opposite sides against an axial line of the bar stock. SOLUTION: To mold plural units of a flow passage forming member which are composed of a hollow part having the first and second openings at both ends, and an extended part having the third opening. In this case, a brass barstock 2, whose cubage is equivalent to the plural units of a T type flow passage forming member, is mounted sideways on the bottom die and, die forged with the upper die so as to form plural units outer shapes of the T type member. At this moment, the T type members formed adjoining each other are arranged in a way that an axial line of the hollow part is aligned and, the end parts 6b, 7b are facing to opposite sides against an axial line of the barstock. Also, if three units of the T type members are molded, it is arranged that the end part 7b is facing to an opposite side against the end parts 6b, 8b.
