PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a rubbish (a punching waste or the like) from getting into a punch hole by providing a removal tool main element, which holdingly sticks with an outer periphery of a punch, with a base to be fastened to a punching equipment. SOLUTION: A rubbish removal tool 1 for a punch is formed in a way that a base 2 is formed in L shape, a punch insertion hole 2b1 is bored, and a removal tool element 3 is mounted over the punch insertion hole 2b1. The removal tool element 3 is of a rubber made ring shape for holdingly stick with an outer periphery of a punch 12c. The rubbish removal tool 1 for the punch is attached to a punch retainer device 11. When a cam plate 12b is advanced by an air cylinder 12a, the punch 12c extrudes from a retainer block 12d. When the cam plate 12b is retreated, the punch 12c is pulled into the retainer block 12d. At this time, the removal tool element 2 being holdingly stuck with an outer periphery of the punch 12c prevents the rubbish or the like from intruding into a punch hole 12e.
