PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prevent the generation of slime in an electric deionizing device. SOLUTION: Transmitted water in a reverse osmosis device 10 is treated with the electric deionizing device 12. Concentrated raw water in the electric deionizing device 12 is sterilized with an UV ray sterilizing device 14, then it is fed to a concentration room of the electric deionizing device 12. Thus, the generation of the slime on the outlet, etc., of the electric deionizing device 12 is prevented.
