PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass produce a non-slip quilting material preferably suitable for an entrance floo-protecting mat, and prevent a rubber sheet from being stripped. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a non-slip type quilting material comprises a quilting processing step of integrating a quilting cloth with a rubber sheet by a quilting processing machine 40, a reversing step for a on-slip type quilting material for reversing the front and the back of the non-slip type quilting material 50 through a plurality of conveying rolls 60a to 60f for smoothly conveying the non-slip type quilting material 50 and correcting a transverse shift and a cutting step of detecting the end part of the non-slip type quilting material 50 to be conveyed by a detecting mans such as a sensor and automatically cutting the material at intervals of prescribed length by a cutting edge. Thus, the mass production characteristic of the non-slip type quilting material 50 is improved.
