PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ground system affecting not an adjacent slot machine even if a front door part of a slot machine is opened and making it easy to know a slot machine at lending destination of a game medium. SOLUTION: A slot machine 1 having a front door part capable of being opened sideways and a medal lending machine 2 for lending medal to a player are alternately arranged to constitute an island. Each medal lending machine 2 is formed in such a way that a medal can be lent to slot machines 1 on one side. A clearance 3 between each slot machine 1 and an adjacent slot machine 1 is set in such a manner that the side end face of the front door part of each slot machine 1 does not come into contact with the front face of the adjacent slot machine 1 when the front door part thereof is opened and the medal lending machine 2 can be inserted therein. Each medal lending machine 2 is arranged in close contact with a slot machine 1 at a medal lending destination.
