PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause an approximate conventional constitution to be applicable as it is even when a carbon dioxide refrigerant is used. SOLUTION: The rotary shaft 20 of a motor 13 is provided with a crank 24 and the rotary shaft 20 and the crank 24 are inserted to form a lubrication oil passage 27. An oscillation scroll 11 is provided with a crank support 25 in which the crank 24 is inserted in a fit-in state. In this case, the diameter of the crank 24 is increased to a value higher than that of the rotary shaft 20. A pressure in a closed case 14 presses lubrication oil 26 and is forced to flow through the lubrication oil passage 27 and supplied to the crank support 25. This constitution energizes the oscillation scroll 11 to the fixed scroll 10 side by an oil pressure exerted on the crank support 25, and offsets a force to press the oscillation scroll 11 against the frame 12 side by a refrigerant pressure.
