PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a fixed quantity of cleaning water without carrying out flow adjustment by providing a constant flow valve that controls the quantity of a fluid at a fixed value in accordance with water pressure from a main channel in a valve seat member. SOLUTION: An automatic cleaning valve device 1 is formed of a driving section housing a sensor controller 3, a battery 4, a capacitor 5 and an electromagnetic valve 6, and a valve section furnished with a diaphragm valve 7 and a constant flow valve 8. Subsequently, when the electromagnetic valve 6 operates and moves upward, the relief channel 34 of a relief diaphragm valve 7 opens, water in a pressure chamber 35 flows into an outflow channel 12, and water pressure in the pressure chamber 35 lowers. As the water pressure lowers, the diaphragm valve 7 is pushed up by primary pressure from an inflow channel 11 side, the diaphragm valve 7 opens, water flows to the outflow channel 12, hitting the spring bracket of the constant flow valve 8 and flows into a housing portion 15. Therefore, an automatic cleaning valve device with a constant flow valve that does not require manual flow adjustment can be obtained.
