pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: flavane-lignan composition is made as coprecipitate of pharmaceutically active flavane-lignan with pharmaceutically acceptable carrier-substances and wetting agents. Composition has, weight %: wetting agent, 0.1-5; water-soluble sugar or cellulose derivative, 2-80 and polyvinylpyrrolidone, 5-90. Wetting agent is taken among fatty acid sorbitan esters and polyhydroxyethylene derivatives of sorbitan esters. Silimarin or silibinin are used as pharmaceutically active flavane-lignan. Flavane-lignan composition is used for treatment and prophylaxis in hepatology.
