In addition, each exploder is connected in parallel to voltage clipping unit according to threshold value. In addition, each voltage clipping unit has stabilizing diode, transistor, resistor. Input of voltage clipping unit is connected to collector of transistor and one terminal of stabilizing diode. Output of voltage clipping unit is connected to emitter of transistor and resistor. Base of transistor is connected to second terminal of stabilizing diode. In addition device has serial circuit of light-emitting diode and resistor, which are connected in parallel to each stabilizing diode.
