PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the addition of erroneous knowledge data into a knowledge data base and an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: An apparatus has an address reading part 1 for reading addresses, an address data base 5 for storing the collective information of addresses in a delivery district, an address dictionary 6 for storing addresses corresponding to those stored in the data base 5, an address judgement part 8 which judges addresses by referring to the data base 5 from read addresses and corrects/supplements the results of the address judgement by referring to the dictionary 6 based on the read addresses, an address data registration part 9 for registering address data including the results of address judgement, addresses, and the number of times of address reading with an address name data base 7, and an address dictionary uptating part 10 which additionally registers addresses which have the number of times of reading equal to or exceeding the pre-determined number of times and are not yet registered with the dictionary 6. |
