<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond with multiple kind small amount production, reduce the manufacturing cost, and improve the appearance by providing a colored layer on one surface or both surfaces of a transparent or semi-transparent area of a base having a flat plate shape. SOLUTION: For this card base 1, a colorless and transparent card main body 2 is molded by an injection molding method. The card main body 2 is molded of a colorless and transparent material, e.g. polyvinyl chloride, an ABS resin, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, G-PET or the like as the raw material. Then, after applying pictures 3 by printing on both surfaces, a coloring paint 4 is printed on both surfaces by a screen printing or an offset printing or the like, and base a coloring is applied. In this case, the picture 3 may be a pattern or characters or the like. By this constitution, the identification property, recognition property of the card base 1 are improved because the picture 3, other pattern or characters or the like can be recognized from both front and rear surfaces, and the usability becomes more favorable.</p> |
