PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the writing property, the erasing property and the antiglare property without requiring a treatment of the surface layer by laminating a white backing material layer on one surface of a fluorine resin film containing ETFE and a propylene-TFE based copolymer or a vinylidene fluoride- hexafluoropropylene based copolymer. SOLUTION: A film of a fluorine resin comprising an ethylene- tetrafluoroethylene based copolymer (ETFE) and a propylene-TFE based copolymer which is made a copolymer A, or a vinylidene fluoride(VdF)- hexafluoropropylene(HFP), is made a surface layer 1, and a white film is made a backing material layer 2. By regulating a surface tension in the fluorine resin, which decreases by a polymerization unit based mainly on TFE or HFP, and inreases based on ethylene, propylene or VdF, the writing property and the erasing property are improved, and at the same time, a fine unevenness 3 is generated on the film surface by a high compatibility between the copolymer A and ETFE, and the antiglare property is improved.
