PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-pressure type high altitude airship which stays in the stratosphere, is propelled against the wind by the power of the photoelectric conversion of the sunlight, and is used as a huge LTA platform in order to carry out an environment observation, a wireless relay and the like. SOLUTION: To the gas bag in an envelope 1, a super-pressure structure having a pressure-proof property to suppress the rise of the inner pressure by making the taking in and out of a gas with the outer atmosphere zero in principle, in a transmission altitude. And a solar battery 4 is provided at the upper part outer surface of the envelope 1, and a draft space is provided between the gas bag in order to prevent the transmission of the heat from the solar battery to the lifting gas in the envelope 1, under the setting surface of the solar battery 4, while a fan to flow the outer air forcibly to the draft space is provided to the draft space. In the envelope 1, the static balance of the air frame pitch attitude angle is trimmed by moving the loaded heavy weight 3 forward and rearward.
