PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely rotate the whole slat up to the vertical direction in fully closing the slat by sliding any one end of the before and behind directions of many stages of the slats supported on a ladder cord hung from a ladder cord support device by a shielding cord, and raising and lowering the shielding cord. SOLUTION: A ladder cord 8 is hung and support from a ladder cord support device 3 disposed on a plurality of parts in a head box, and a slat 9 is supported on each lateral string of the ladder cord 8. When an operation rod is operated to rotate an angular adjustment shaft 2 so as to rotate a support drum 6, the ladder cord 8 rotates. When the edge part 6a of a cam shaft is rotated to the side of a shielding cord 10, the shielding cord 10 is pulled on the edge part 6a of the cam shaft, the basic end of each loop 11 is pulled, and each slat 9 is more largely rotated than a state where it is supported on the lateral string of the ladder cord 8. When support drums 5, 6 are further rotated, the slat 9 is rotated up to a substantially vertical state.
