PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply device for surely supplying powder into a mortar even in a case of a powder compression molding machine of a high speed type which is high in the rotation number of a rotation board. SOLUTION: This device comprises a guide frame 51 which is fixedly installed in a way to slidably contact with a rotation board 7, is composed of an inner wall 52 inside a pitch circle of a mortar 9 and an outer wall 53 outside the pitch circle and has a length of several percentages of the rotation board 7 perimeter; a flapper 60 which presses down the powder transferred on the top face of the rotation board 7 in the guide frame 51; and a guide plate 70 which makes the powder closer to the pitch circle direction of the mortar 9 and presses it down. The flapper 60 comprises a rotation axis which is rotatably supported to a guide frame, a flap plate mounted to a rotation axis, a handle, and a brake piece for restraining rotation of the flap plate.
