PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member which can easily press down a slide member along a house pipe to eliminate the irregular spreading of a plastic film. SOLUTION: In this joint member 5, a slide member 50 holding a stopper 1 is slidably held on a fix member 60 fixed to a house pipe 80. The slide member 50 can easily be pressed down with an operation member 70 having a handle 71 and a connection member 72 by the principle of a lever. Thereby, a plastic film can be spread without causing an irregularly spread state.
