PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sleeping pad being excellent in handleability for storage, transportation and the like such that even though the sleeping pad consists of a plurality of independent split cores, it does not form gaps nor recesses providing discomfort to a user's body but allows the split cores to be freely folded onto one another on each side, the sleeping pad having dimensional adjustability and a high degree of freedom so that it can be used also as a sofa and the like. SOLUTION: Adjacent split cores 4 are interconnected by a connecting band 5 which constitutes a pair of connecting structures comprising connecting band portions A, 5a, one being engaged with the upper surface of one of the split cores 4a, and the other being engaged with the lower surface of the other of the split cores 4a adjacent to the one split core 4a, and connecting band portion B and 5b, one being engaged with the lower surface of the one split core 4a, and the other being engaged with the upper surface of the other of the split cores 4b adjacent to the one split core. A plurality of cord passing portions 9 are provided on each side face of padding and continuous cords 7 are engaged therein. Connectors 8 are attached to the desired portions of the cords 7.
