PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a corrosion resistant sprayed coating film with a dense coating structure excellent in durability and whose service life can be prolonged even in corrosive environments such as the beach and the inside of seawater as a coating of a different kind/of material and to provide a method for realizing the same. SOLUTION: Corrosion resistant sprayed coating film in which porosity is controlled to <=0.5 vol.% by measurement with a mercury porosimeter, the size of pores is <=0.05 μm, or the electric potential after 72 hr in a dipping test in artificial sea water of the one having 200 to 400 μm film thickness is >=-300 mV (Ag/AgCl) is formed by high speed flame spraying. |
