PURPOSE:To detect the speed of DC brushless motor subjected to PWM inverter control for each section of single revolution based on the potential at pseudo- neutral point with no lag. CONSTITUTION:An estimated detection lag of timing, at which the potential at a pseudo-neutral point 16 pulsating in synchronism with the switching of PWM control matches with half of the potential at a DC power supply 8, is determined based on the switching period and the duty of PWM inverter control of a DC brushless motor 9. Detection lag of matching timing is then corrected by the estimated value thus determining the speed at each section of single revolution. |
