PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer and a printing method in which an appropriate quantity of powder for absorbing an ink liquid drop sufficiently can be applied easily, and both non-reusable powder and reusable powder can be separated and reused without requiring any special separator, or the like.
