PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an inexpensive material and obtain high fireproof performance by simple execution by forming an outer wall providing an air passage between a substrate face material and an outer face material on the joint of the substrate face material of a fireproof material by contacting a muntin. SOLUTION: A joint is positioned at substantially the center part of a wooden frame material built at a substantially regular interval to stick the substrate face material 4 of a wooden piece cement plate, a part between the frame materials 6 of the inside of a substrate face material 4 is filled with a heat insulator 5, and a matter sticking an inner face material 7 on the inside of the heat insulator 5 is produced in a factory. A wooden muntin 2 is stuck to be contacted on the outside of the joint of the substrate face material 4 in a construction jobsite, and a sizing material is stuck on the outside of the muntin 2 as an outer face material 1 to provide a venting passage 3 between the muntins 2 so as to form an outer wall. Since the substrate face material 4 has fireproofness, the other member does not need the fireproofness, in addition, since the treatment of the joint of the inner face materials 7 does not require beauty, material cost is inexpensive and execution is simple. Even when moisture is evaporated to open the joint of the substrate face material 4 during a fire, the muntin 2 prevents the spread of the fire for the inside.
