PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic water supplying device which is always charged into a built-in battery by a solar battery usable for a sensor. SOLUTION: In this automatic water supplying device 10 which an operating means 13 is separated from a delivery device 10 body 12 and wireless signals are transmitted from a transmitter 24 of the operating means 13 to a receiver 18 of the delivery device body 12 to deliver water from a faucet or stop it. An electrically storable solar battery 19 is provided in a buit-in battery while using a sensing part in common in at least either the receiver 18 of the delivery device body 12 or the operating means 13.
