<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder coating composition which can form a fluororesin coating film having a high degree of whiteness by adding a whitening agent comprising surface-treated rutile titanium oxide particles to a fluororesin composition for forming a coating film. SOLUTION: The fluororesin composition used is one comprising a fluororesin, a heat stabilizer, and surface-treated rutile titanium oxide particles. The mixing ratio is such that 0.3-3 pts.wt. heat stabilizer and 0.5-10 pts.wt. surface-treated rutile titanium oxide particle are present per 100 pts.wt. fluororesin. The rutile titanium oxide particles are ones surface-treated with aluminum oxide and/or silicon oxide. The fluororesin used is one capable of withstanding to baking at 300 deg.C and is desirably a perfluoro resin, particularly, a melt-moldable perfluoro resin. The heat stabilizer is desirably one containing organosulfur-type, amine-type, and/or metal-powder-type heat stabilizers. Desirably, the heat stabilizer has a melting point of at least 70 deg.C.</p> |
