PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confidential information recording sheet which prevents moisture from penetrating an adhesive and paper and is capable of retaining repeeling properties even when water attaches to the sheet. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer 1 which is repeelable with an adhesive composition applied as a coat is formed on one of the face of a support 2, and an anti-water penetration layer 3 is formed by applying an anti-water penetration agent on the other face. The cup water absorption of the anti-water penetration layer per 120" is 20 g/m2 or less. The anti-water penetration agent preferably contains one kind selected from the group of acrylic copolymers and waxes. In addition, further preferably at least one kind selected from the group of a styrene-acrylic copolymer and an acrylic-silicone copolymer of the acrylic copolymers is used and a paraffin wax selected from the group of waxes is used. In this case, the cobbs water absorption is set to be 8 g/m2 or less.
