Supporting part is dismountable and has internally threaded bushing and fixing plates mounted in cross and protruding beyond the cornea perimeter boundary. The bushing is undetachable and has trapezoid slits crosswise and transversely positioned relative to longitudinal axis of the bushing. The slits are used for fastening fixing plates. The fixing plates are separate ribbons having trapezoid widening on one end. Keratoprosthesis pieces are selected to match parameters of the eye to be operated.
