PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a body position in the case of discharge stable and to stably execute an operation after discharge in a bed system with a discharge mechanism. SOLUTION: The system is formed by projecting the front part 19 of a bed base for the lower half of the body to an upper part in a chevron shape when a stool 5 is used, erecting a bed base 35 for the upper half of the body, pushing-up the rear end part 37 of the bed base for the upper half of the body to be upper than the front end of the bed base for the lower half of the body when the bed base 17 for the lower half of the body and the bed base 35 are returned to a horizontal state, recovering the base 35 in the horizontal state, and then, returning the rear end part 37 to be the horizontal state.
