PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make extendable a universal code to an illuminant device smoothly by providing a hard outer hull part at a connecting part to a main body operating part of the universal code, extending a cord part from the hard outer hull part and connecting the hard outer hull part so that its angle to the connecting part of the main body operating part can be controlled. SOLUTION: A universal cord 11 is connected with the side of a rear end of a main body operating part 10 and various inserting members including a ride guide 12 are inserted from a side of the main body operating part 10 to the inside of the universal code 11. On the other hand, a curved cylindrical tube 18 is connected with a base end part of a code part 17 of the universal cord 11, and a hard outer hull body is constituted by inserting a sliding ring 20 in the curved cylindrical tube 18 with spiralling. The code part 17 is extended from the hard outer hull body and the hard outer hull body is connected with a rear end part of a casing 10a as a connecting part of the main body operating part 10 so that its angle can be controlled.
