LAMINATED PLASTIC FILM, TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE COVER TAPE AND PACKAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated plastic film having an antistatic layer not having humidity dependence, provided with sufficient antistatic characteristics with a surface resistivity of below 1010Ω/(square) transparency and heat sealability, generating no blocking or strike-through and characterized by that heat sealability is not obstructed by the antistatic layer. SOLUTION: A laminated plastic film is obtained by providing an antistatic layer 2 containing an electron transfer substance having no humidity dependence on a substrate film 1 made of a resin and further providing a heat sealant layer on the antistatic layer 2. An electron transfer substance can be selected from an org. electron transfer substance and an inorg. conductive filler and the org. electron transfer substance can be selected from polythiophene, polyanilin and polypyrrole.
