PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device compact and reduce number of part items, assembling man-hours, and pipings by liquidtightly arranging a motor, a fuel pump, and a pump cover covering the fuel pump in this order to be integrated, and directly communicating a filter chamber formed on the pump cover to the pump chamber in the fuel pump. SOLUTION: A motor 1, a fuel pump 2, and a pump cover 3 are arranged in this order to be integrated. A filter chamber 7 is integratedly provided on the pump cover 3, and a filter 8 is received therein. This filter chamber 7 is connected to a fuel tank 5 via a joint 10 and a fuel tube 11 and connected to the return side of an injector 6 via a communicating passage 13, a joint 14, and a return hose 15. A pump chamber 21 in the fuel pump 2 is made to communicate with an outflow port 9 of the filter 8, and liquidtightly covered with the pump cover 3. A discharge port 28 of the pump chamber 21 is connected to the injector 6 via the discharge passage 29 in a pump main body part 20, a joint 30, and a feed hose 31.
