PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid crystalline resin composition having heat resistance, moldability and mechanical properties and excellent in an antistatic property by including a specific liquid crystalline resin and graphite containing many fixed carbon and having a specific particle diameter, and specifying volume specific resistivity. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt. of a liquid crystalline resin selected from a liquid polyester and a liquid polyesteramide forming anisotropic molten phase and preferably comprising structural units of formulae I-IV (R1 and R2 are each a group of formula V or the like) and (B) 3-200 pts.wt. of graphite (e.g. artificial graphite or the like) having >=95% fixed carbon and 0.3-200μm average particle diameter, and is made volume specific resistivity to be 1×105-1×1013Ω.cm. The resin composition can combinedly use a reinforcing agent and a filler (e.g. glass fibers, talc or the like) and in the case of adding the filler, preferably <=200 pts.wt. of the filler is used to 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
