PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in rotary fluctuation by fixing a basic ignition timing, when roughness control is performed. SOLUTION: At basic ignition time, respective settings are different in an opening condition of a shutter valve(S/V) and a closing condition of a shutter valve 18, as is also the case when roughness control is performed and when it is not performed, in the close condition of the shutter valve (S148 to S152). When roughness correction value reset F is not 1, namely during performing roughness control, a basic IG map for at the time of idling, closing the shutter valve(S/V), and performing roughness control having constant set regardless of the change of engine rotating speed and an intake filling efficiency (Ce) is used (S151), and an idling basic advance angle (I) is set as a constant value. Thus increase in rotary fluctuation caused by coming back change of engine rotating speed or an engine load in association with roughness control to the basic ignition timing is prevented.
