PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wear and to improve the durability of the device by providing the screw vanes in the intermediate portions of two screws for transferring the material supplied into a casing to a discharge port side with wear resistant build-up part. SOLUTION: While a heat medium or cold medium is supplied from a heat medium supply hopper 14 according to applications, a pair of the screws 2 are driven to supply the material from a material supply port 3. As both screws 2 rotate, a feed effect is generated by screw body parts 9 and a push back effect is generated by screw auxiliary part 10. As a result, the material is subjected to a heating or cooling treatment and evaporation, devaporization, reaction, etc., are effected before arriving at the discharge port 4. The material is thereafter discharged by the effect of paddles 12 in the upper part of the discharge port 4. In such a case, when both screws 2 come into sliding contact with the inside base surface of a easing 1 in the build-up parts 23 disposed at the screw vanes 9a, the screws support the load by sharing with bearings 5 on both sides. The wear resistance is thus improved.
