Solution after acid leaching of cinder is oxidized with ozone to produce manganese-containing concentrate. Produced suspension is filtered with subsequent return of filtrate to acid leaching stage. Cake obtained by cinder acid leaching is treated with ammonia aqueous solution and filtered. Solution is cooled with separation of ammonium vanadate, sediment is filtered out, and filtrate is returned to stage of treatment of cake produced by cinder acid leaching. EFFECT: higher degree of vanadium recovery and ecological safety due to exclusion of formation of effluent water.
