发明名称 METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF BLAST-FURNACE FERRONICKEL
摘要 metallurgy, particularly, production of pig iron in blast furnaces and nickel matte in shaft furnaces. SUBSTANCE: for production of blast-furnace ferronickel with nickel content of above 8%, method of smelting of magnesian nickel ore includes preparation of ore, production of sinter and its charging into furnace together with coke, supply of heated air blast and discharge of heat products. In so doing, prior to sintering, ore is mixed with hot nickel sinter and fluxed up to basicity CaO/SiO2=0.4-0.6, and Fe/Ni ratio is maintained within 6-12. In this case, during smelting of sinter in blast furnace, two air tuyeres in region of slag hole are closed. Heat products are discharge through slag and pig iron holes in ratio of (5-9)/1.
