PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a duplication at the entry of information, allow to conceal the entered information and its duplication at the sending of a postcard and eliminate the duplication work on the accept side of the postcard and protect the privacy on the sending side of the postcard. SOLUTION: This sheet is equipped with a postcard main body constituting piece 3, a first pasting piece 2, which is connected to the postcard main body constituting piece 3 so as to allow to overlap with the piece 3, a second pasting piece 4, which is overlappingly connected opposite to the first pasting piece 2 side of the postcard main body constituting piece 3, and an auxiliary piece 5, which is overlappingly connected opposite to the postcard main body constituting piece side of the first pasting piece 2 so as to produce a postcard when the three pieces 2, 3 and 4 and folded and joined on a Z-like fashion under the state the postcard main body constituting piece 3 locates at the middle position among the three pieces by removing the auxiliary piece 5 so as to duplicate information entered from the second pasting piece 4 side to the postcard main body constituting piece 3 by facing the second pasting piece 4 to the postcard main body constituting piece 3 in order to cover the duplicated information on the postcard main body 3 by the first pasting piece 2 and, at the same time, the information entered on the second pasting piece 4 by the postcard main body constituting piece 3 when the pieces 2, 3 and 4 are folded in a Z-like fashion.
