PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canned food constantly stable in internal pressure by preventing a drain of a sterilizing steam from being left behind in a body of a liquefied gas flow-down device after sterilization, in the liquefied gas flow- down device for sterilized filling in which the inside is to be sterilized by the steam. SOLUTION: In a liquefied gas for sterilized filling in which a device body 1 is arranged in a substantially sterilized atmosphere with the clean air in order to flow down the liquefied gas to be fed into the device body 1 through a pipe for feeding the liquefied gas from a liquefied gas supply source by a specified quantity into a head space of each can until the can is filled with the beverage, etc., and covered by a can lid, and a pipe to feed the steam for sterilization is connected to a pipe 22 for feeding the liquefied gas to be connected to the device body 1, passages 20a, 20b of the liquefied gas for the device body 4 are inclined downwardly along the direction where all liquefied gas flows, and a nozzle part 13 provided on a lower end of an liquefied gas chamber 12 of the device body 1 is provided movable below a bottom plate of the liquefied gas chamber 12 so as to arbitrarily provide a clearance from the bottom plate of the liquefied gas chamber 12.
