PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition designed to be beneficial to cardiovascular health by including vitamin Es, precipitated silica, calcium silicate, microcrystalline cellulose, and talc. SOLUTION: This prescribed composition is obtained by including (A) vitamin Es each >=200 IU in dose when the composition is divided into unit doses (pref. vitamin E acetate beadslet), (B) 0.5-10 wt.% of precipitated silica, (C) 1-10 wt.% of calcium silcate, (D) 5-50 wt.% of microcrystalline cellulose, and (E) 0-5 wt.% of talc, in the weight ratio A/(B+C) of (3:1) to (6:1); wherein this composition is compressible to stable tablet or caplet unit dose, and the total of the ingredients B and C accounts for pref. >=4 wt.% of the composition. Furthermore, it is preferable that this composition also contain one or more kinds of vitamin and/or mineral having cardioprotective action.
