COKE DRY QUENCHING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke dry quenching facility capable of preventing occurrence of deflection of inner cylinder brick wall by expansion in the neighborhood of vertical part and preventing crack of-joint part of inner cylinder brick. SOLUTION: This coke dry quenching coke facility has a cooling chamber 1 in the lower part and has a prechamber 2 in the upper part, and an inner cylinder brick wall 6 constructed by brick stuck is surrounded in the periphery of the prechamber 2 and a cyclic flue 5 partitioned from the prechamber 2 is provided on the outer circumference side of the inner cylinder brick wall 6 and a gas partition wall 7 is installed in two places on boiler side and the side opposite to boiler side in the cyclic flue 5. In the coke dry quenching facility, a space 9 corresponding to thermal expansion of the inner cylinder brick wall 6 is provided between the gas partition wall 1 and inner cylindrical brick wall 6.
