PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracelom ultrasonic wave diagnostic device by which an image optimum for diagnosis is obtained by enabling to process a signal even after an operation. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an A-D converting part 60 for A/D-converting a reception signal which is obtained from a testee body by reflection, a time axis extending part 70 by which digital data is written/read, a data compressing part 80 for compressing read digital data, a large capacity storage device part 90 for writing compressed data, a data defreezing part 100 for reading compressed data and defreezing it and a D-A converting part 110 for D/A-converting defrozen data. The analog output of the D-A converting part 110 is processed by filter, converted by logarithm, detected, A/D-converted and inputted to a digital scan converter 210 so that the image optimum for diagnosis is displayed.
