PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation room having an enough base isolation function and capable of ensuring sufficient floor height. SOLUTION: A floor slab 2 is mounted on a slab 1 of an existing building through a fixed number of base isolation devices 3. A wall body 20 and a ceiling body 21 are integrally installed on the floor slab 2 to compose a room unit 22. Each base isolation device 3 is provided with an X rail and a Y rail having an arc-shaped slide part and with a connection block connecting the rails so as to relatively move, to be unitized.
