PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the carrying-in work to a site and the lifting work onto a roof by forming a lower lap section on one side section of a decorative board mount section, an upper lap section on the other side section and a head side lap section on the head side of the decorative board mount section respectively. SOLUTION: A lower lap section 5 is horizontally protruded on one side section of the decorative board mount section 4 of a roofing substrate material 1, and the other side section is made thin as an upper lap section 5a located above the lower lap section 5 of the adjacent roofing substrate material 1 in the ridge direction in the roofed state. The roofing substrate materials 1 and roofing materials 3 fixed with one or multiple decorative boards 2 on the roofing substrate materials 1 are regularly arranged in the ridge direction and flow direction of a roof substrate A. The roofing substrate materials 1 and the roofing materials 3 may be merely mounted on a roof, thereby the roofing work can be simplified.
