PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an easy mounting by constituting a rust-proof agent retainer out of an upper member, a lower member and a nut looseness checking jig, adjusting the length of a cylindrical member according to the exposed length of an anchor bolt, on site and threadedly engaging an upper member with the anchor bolt. SOLUTION: A bolt (d) is threadedly engaged with an anchor bolt (a) fixed to a footing (g) through a seat (h), and a bottom plate (e) of a structure is fastened and fixed. A cylindrical member 5 is placed on the plate (e) through an annular oil resistant packing 7, a rust-proof agent (b) is filled, a box nut 2 of an upper member 4 is threadedly engaged with the bolt (a), and the member 5 is pressed by a flange 3, thereby preventing leakage of the agent (b). One end 9 of a nut looseness checking jig 11 is preliminarily fixed to a nut (d), and a pointer 10 is set to go down along the outer periphery of the member 5 via a notch 15 on an upper end of the member 5. Accordingly, an anchor bolt rust-proof agent retainer 1 can be mounted with the size of the member easily adjusted according to the exposed length of the bolt (a) on site.
