PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deepening agent having high deepening effect and excellent friction fastness compounding a specified cationic acrylic resin and an amino-modified silicone compound in a specified aqueous resin composition. SOLUTION: This agent is obtained by compounding 10-60 wt.% cationic acrylic resin and 5-50 wt.% amino-modified silicone in an aqueous resin composition wherein the aqueous resin composition has thermosetting reactivity and <=1.50 refractive index of dried film obtained by polymerizing a monomer having a polymerizable unsaturated bond therewith in the presence of a cationic or anionic polyurethane emulsion obtained by reacting a urethane prepolymer terminally having an isocyanate group with a compound including an amino group and then with an agent imparting hydrophilicity.
