PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanize sewing operation of a hook-and-loop fastener to make the sewing operation highly efficient because the hook-and-loop fastener having a flat and small round shape tends to be attached to a body cloth by sewing. SOLUTION: This attaching apparatus 1 has a sewing machine for sewing a hook-and-loop fastener F to a cloth W, and a hook-and-loop fastener-feeding means 3 for feeding the hook-and-loop fastener F to the sewing machine 2. The hook-and-loop faster-feeding means 3 has a stock part 14 for stocking and holding the hook-and-loop fastener F previously cut into a prescribed shape, a taking-out part 15 for taking out the hook-and-loop fastener F from the stock part 14 one by one, and a delivering part 16 for delivering the hook-and-loop fastener F taken out by the taking-out part 15 to a sewing operation position 10.
