PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a melting erosion caused by a high output laser beam for opening a mushroom developed at the deepest part while protecting a tuyere by arranging an introducing hole for the laser beam having a truncated cone shape in the inner surface in the end part on the outer wall side of a through-hole part in the through-hole of an analyzing tuyere arranged on a converter. SOLUTION: An optical system box 4 is fitted to an analyzing tuyere 1 having <=5 mm inner diameter, arranged in a through-hole on a refractory wall 9 of a converter through a fitting flange 11, and molten steel 12 in the converter is irradiated with a laser beam 2 through a protecting pipe 3, mirror 5, conversing mirror 6 or the like, to execute the laser beam analysis. In this tuyere for observing the inner part of the converter, an introducing hole for laser beam composed of a conical shaped jig 8 is arranged in the filling flange 11 at the end part of the through-hole part. This jig 8 is formed as the smooth tapered shape on the inner part, made of a gold- plated copper or the like. In this way, the introduced laser beam for removing a mushroom developed in the outlet of the tuyere is guided into the furnace while irregularly reflecting on the inner surfaces of the jig 8 and a protecting tube 10, and the analyzing tuyere 1 is not eroded.
